Probably the shortest time I've had a vehicle, just over 2 months.  It was a really nice vehicle, just not quite what we want right now. Not sure with what or when we'll be replacing it.
I lost a little money, but I did sell it for $2k more than I bought it for while also throwing in a set of alloys for winter wheels.  Taxes makes it still a slight loss.  First people who looked at it bought it.
We only put 1550km on it, 1300 of which was driving back from NB.

Damn, I was hoping to live vicariously through you .. I really like these and would consider one when it's time to let go of the Highlander.

Did it still drive well and feel well screwed together?

Bubba

Sad to see it go, but I hope it serves its new owners well.

Apart from a few tiny spots of rust here and there it still looked great and drove great.  Towed at least as well as our Cayenne, 8-speed transmission was better for towing, just less power which wasn't really an issue. Buyer wanted it for towing their travel trailer.  Hope he gets good use out of it.

We didn't like how the rear seats folded at an angle, the dogs would slip on it and the liner we put in kept moving.  It was also a bit too nice to haul 3 dogs around in, we'd always take the Outback if bringing the dogs.

Well you did say it wasn't going to be a long term thing.  On another note, I hope you and your family are doing okay.  We were all a bit concerned when you told us why you ended having to buy this so suddenly.

So are you back in the market for another bigger SUV, or are you pausing for the winter months?

Was a nice ride, but completely understand it wasn't really suited for your needs.

What's on the shortlist? Looking at a similar Pilot to the one you had? Another Cayenne?

I've paused actively looking for anything, but still keeping an eye open for local deals.   We're doing ok, I'm going to physio, muscle in my shoulder might be torn, still dealing with insurance and lawyers and stuff.

I don't know what vehicle we need next, might depend on what dies first, the Outback or the Cayenne.  Pilot might still be on our short list.

That is pretty nice.  Wife doesn't want black leather interior though...

Another local one, this time with a red interior.   It sure if third row is a must or just an okay towing capacity?  Can't remember the full requirements you were looking for.

That seemed like a decent deal.  It sold.
Looked at a friend's 2017 X5 today, didn't like it much for roominess in back.  Think it's more cramped than my Cayenne.

Mileage seems a bit high at 195000

What's the deal with the stock photos? Is it really hard for them to upload actual photos of the car? I wouldn't even waste my time going to see the car unless it was super close by, because who knows what else they're cutting corners on.
