I changed employers in December, after 14.5 years at the last place.

It's going well.  I now lead a team of estimators.  The team didn't exist prior to me coming here (all the sales people did their own estimates), but their new strategy was to centralize estimating.

I like my co-workers, and my new manager is more effective than my previous boss.  He actually gets things done.

Not getting things done, being unable to make timely decisions, and dumping things that should really be his purview on his employees was one of my biggest complaints about my previous manager.

I saw my first Blackwing in the wild last week - a nitro yellow CT4. Sales are quite the reverse of car mag exposure with these things...

Considering they only sell a few hundred of them in Canada, it makes sense that we don't see them often, but also because of how excellent they are to drive they'll be shown a lot more in magazines and news coverage.

I also saw one last week, a CT5.  I thought it was a regular V, until I looked up the specs and noticed only the Blackwing comes with the V8.  It was definitely a V8 from the exhaust sound.  What an awesome looking vehicle in the flesh.
