What Car Did You See Today?

[Blueprint]

In traffic yesterday, a Kia EV9 Bell mobile tech car with blanked-out rear windows and ladders on the roof.

Also, same traffic pack, a late-model champagne-coloured Chevy Malibu, totally clean, driven by a guy in a suit and featuring discrete LED blinkers on the rear shelf and front grille - a good 'ole school detective car.
