Wife and I are going to be at the 14 year mark in a few days, congrats!!! Seems just like yesterday we were on that beach in Jamaica. No grandkid prospects here either, seeing as we are missing the kid part of the equation.

Congrats on all the upcoming anniversaries.  Mrs GBA and I are coming up on 15 years at the end of the year. 


Also, I received a call from my salesperson - our Rav4 PHEV should be here early January.    That's honestly sooner than I expected, given we ordered in August, and were told 8-10 month wait. 

I'm going to miss our CX-5, though.  It's been a really good car, reliable for the most part (the only failure was the hatch motor, and the rear struts), comfortable-ish and fun.   In a world filled with hybrids, it's not particularly fuel efficient, and the short wheelbase and stiffer suspension contributes to a rough ride that tends to pitch lots over bumps and expansion joints.  The Rav4 should be a massive upgrade in both fuel economy and ride comfort, while it admittedly dials back the interior quality and sportiness.
