Is the plan to have a structure up this season to start enjoying the land a bit more?  Glad you were able to get through the bit of red tape to get some approval.

We plan on going for about a month this time, maybe another month in September.   This month we'll try to clear a further driveway and the spot where the beach shack and septic will be, maybe get a well in.  We'll order the prefab walls and stuff for assembly in September and get it erected and closed in then.
At least that's the rough plans so far...

I think that's all very doable and certainly will make it easier to enjoy the property more.  Looking forward to hearing about your developments over the coming months.
