The new Jeep Cherokee looks quite good and proper IMO. Should be interesting if they it will regain popularity with the masses.

It would've made sense to me to offer a pure ICE version with the new Hurricane I4 2.0l engine paired with the tried and true ZF 8HP transmission.
The new Compass is pretty good looking too and finally resembles a Jeep.

Jeep Stans would buy a log of shit with 4 wheels if it had a Jeep emblem on it...
At least they are not but ugly anymore and have some resemblance to a Jeep.
This is basically a Wagoneer S with a hybrid and different front and rear ends and interior. I believe the doors are shared between the two models.
Engine is from Europe - PSA/BMW joint program. I loved the Fiat/Alfa-sourced 2.0t in the previous Cherokee - powerful and frugal.

Lots of power but it sounds a bit agricultural in my Giulia.
