As has been rumored for a bit the 2026 Ram will once again be available with the 5.7 liter Hemi. In the U.S. it's a $1200 option over the standard output Hurricane I6 and for that extra cash you get worse fuel economy and lose 25 hp and 59 lb-ft of torque. In a couple models where the HO Hurricane is standard the Hemi is a not cost option, and you lose even more power and torque.  ;D

Do you at least gain some reliability when going with the Hemi?

Not sure there is enough data on the new turbo 6's from Ram.  If it's similar in it's reliability to the old V6, it's likely more reliable than the Hemi which I have yet seen one with more than 120,000kms and no "Hemi tick"

Ya, was gonna ask.  Does it still come standard with the Hemi "tick"?  ;D
