Bridgestone Tire plant in Tennessee Closing

Bridgestone is closing its LaVergne, Tennessee, plant and laying off 700 workers.

Meanwhile, Goodyear put in a  $575 million dollar expansion in Napanee, Ontario. (I wonder how the old boys in Akron are going to like paying tariffs on their own tires?)
