What's the deal with the stock photos? Is it really hard for them to upload actual photos of the car? I wouldn't even waste my time going to see the car unless it was super close by, because who knows what else they're cutting corners on.

Dealer is actually close by. I stopped and looked at it quickly a couple of days ago.  It had just came in and was being detailed, so that's why no actual photos yet.
It is high mileage, but price reflects that.

So I looked at at 2013 Audi Q7, they are cheaper than a Pilot and pretty comparable.

A friend of mine had a loaded 2011 TDI for a while and aside from some minor electrical gremlins his was quite reliable.

Though, I'd be more inclined to go with a 2nd Gen Q7.
