I had to check - this thing came to market as a 2019 in march of 2018... That's a lot of water under the bridge! And yet it's still popular, including with thieves. It's in the top-10 stolen vehicles for Quebec. Still love the engine, chassis and excellent seats. Still hate the V6-worthy urban thirst.

The trackpad shows the design's age, but the thing works better than what Lexus attempted with this type of controller. Still like how sporty and less screen-centric this interior is.

I reviewed the RDX in 2019 and 2020, both times in winter. It's a welcome change to try it on dry and warm pavement, plus we're heading to the Gatineau hills this weekend, so adding some highway km's to my portfolio of RDX experiences.

My sister has an RDX of this generation, complete with the red interior.

I haven't driven it yet, but they it drives great and is surprisingly peppy.  I don't know the specifics, but I've heard it's needed a few unexpected repairs as it's aging.

I've always liked them, and for a time thought it was Acura's best product (I think the new MDX gets the title now).

I still prefer the RDX over the MDX, who's not 100% sorted IMHO. My Ferrari-owning neighbour bought a new MDX this year as his dd/family car, and said the suspension behaves exactly like what I described in my review.

^ How does it behave?

I wish the ass end was more controlled through "whoopy" sections, a little too bouncy for my liking, moreso with passengers.  But still one of the better handling family haulers.
