Title: Daughters favorite car
Post by: Revelations on Feb 08, 2025, 10:45 PM
Doesn't really like the Mitsubishi Mirage I bought for her, don't blame her really. Doesn't drive much either as school is ~ 8 min from home. So today we finally discovered what she really wanted. A PT cruiser was beside us at a light..."Dad! That's the car I want!!, it's so cute!, I love the look"

Well, at least they're cheap. Maybe I can find a somewhat tolerable turbo GT model. To be perfectly honest I thought they were pretty cool when they first came out.

Well, in that case, get her what she likes...even if it's a pos, she'll love it because it's what she wanted.

My cousin had a Turbo GT Convertible, dark purple with tan top and interior. She loved it, but alas, it was junk and spent a bunch of time in the shop.

If you buy your kid a PT Cruiser, that tells me you really don't love them! LOL 😆

I really really don't want to work on one. Helped do a timing belt on a turbo model once, the V shaped hood opening sure doesn't help accessibility.

I'll look for a Turbo model. At least that way we can "tinker" with it!

And a Mitsubishi Mirage says "I love you"?
