Jean was one of folks that made devouring every issue of Car and Driver so enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed her work. She died on December 16, at age 70, after living with Alzheimer's disease.

Sad to hear. I remember when she was Jean Lindamood way back in the Automobile Magazine days. Always loved her writing. The falling out between her and David E Davis was unfortunate. I admire both as auto journalists.
