Hosting a little Christmas gathering with friends and put out a nice charcuterie board and some wine.

Grilled some steaks that I sliced from a tri-tip the other night. Some meat guy I follow on IG suggested when skicing the tri tip into steaks to go with the grain. Not sure it made any difference but they were delicious. Served with some veggies and homemade wedges.
If I could figure out how to post a pic from my phone I would.
