Title: 2025 Toyota Prius PHEV SE
Post by: Blueprint on Aug 27, 2025, 10:36 AM
My wheels for the week. Loving the fact that Toyota puts more basic trims in the press fleet. Indicated range was 70 km after 1st charge, 71 after the 2nd. Great car to commute with, but has a few flaws: no rear wiper, slo-mo on board charger (3,65 kW), BZ4X-inspired dash "ergonomics".

I wonder if the lack of a rear wiper is an aerodynamic thing?

Probably! Most EV's don't have one. The Ioniq5 cried out for one with its quickly soiled upright glass - kudos to Hyundai for fixing that.

It drives refined, but most of the interior is rock-hard plastics - a trend at 'Yota.
